Throughout pregnancy, your body managed lots of changes in order to nurture your growing baby and deliver a healthy child. And your body will continue changing for more than a year after childbirth. Some things will probably revert back to normal on their own. Others need a little nudge, and that's where we come in.

Leaky bladders are experienced by approximately half of those who've given birth. Fatigue, flabby muscles, balance and stability concerns, and new aches and pains are other common aspects of postpartum life. We think you shouldn't settle for these inconveniences so we assembled a team of experts to give you the insight you're looking for.

With the help of nurses, physicians, physical therapists, doulas, massage therapists, nutritionists, and mental health professionals, we've created a 6-week program to help you understand what's going on and empower you with solutions to restore your body to its best.

Our weekly sessions, delivered through Zoom, will teach you about some common postpartum challenges and show you simple, effective ways to overcome them. Each session will last about 45-60 minutes and focus on an educational topic with associated corrective movements or exercises.
